- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've never had a more awful customer service experience in my life. After their error in how they deposited a check, they refused to allow me any access to the money - or close my account, despite the fact it had a zero balance. But NOTHING compares to how I was treated by staff, especially considering their error. Not only did they have no concern about losing my business, the associate that helped me was more concern with rushing me out the door so she could get to her lunch, than actually helping solve my problem. I will never bank with Wells Fargo again, and make sure all of my friends and family are doing the same.By Sean Allen, August 10, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Almost every time I go there would be some issues: systems down can't deposit; issue need management to help, but both services manager and store manager is gone; just had a powder outlet can't withdrawal money. Now I just stop going there since their open doors is no different than close door.
